Project "PANSKÁ POLE" - offers a total of 71 new homes in the eastern part of Prague with beautiful surrounding countryside. The project builds on the existing development in the very nice and dynamically developing village Přezletice. Family houses with disposition of 4 to 6 rooms will be built in modules as stand-alone and semi-detached. The project includes the construction of five storey houses with different variants and a spacious garden providing enough privacy. All houses have 1-2 parking spaces on the land, some houses have a garage. Each house has a retention tank for rainwater. New houses in the village of Přezletice will provide you with accommodation near the capital, in a quiet and pleasant environment. In the southern part of the residential area, a nine-year elementary school will be built.
 Stage 1 is completed and includes 14 houses with a usable area of ​​107 to 142 m2, land size from 310 to 530 m2. In February 2018, the construction of the 2nd stage began, with 18 new homes being built - the expected completion of this stage - autumn 2018.

The proposed residential quarter is located on a flat land near Ctěnice Castle Park.
